Beyond the Bar reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if a user provides misleading information or fails to meet our community standards for conduct and presentation.

Beyond the Bar provides online, hosted speed connection events designed to facilitate dating and companionship introductions between participants. We do not guarantee compatibility, matches, or relationship outcomes.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

♦ We do not guarantee friendships, matches, continued contact, or outcomes.
♦ We are not responsible if you do not connect with anyone.
♦ Personal compatibility and outcomes are beyond our control.

I acknowledge and agree that Beyond the Bar does not guarantee matches and that I am solely responsible for my interactions with other members. 

All event bookings are final and strictly non-refundable.

No refunds for:

♦ No-shows
♦ Late arrivals
♦ Technical issues on the participant’s side
♦ Personal dissatisfaction
♦ Failure to meet someone of interest

If an event is cancelled by Beyond the Bar, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.

♦ You are responsible for your own internet connection, device, and participation.
♦ Late entry may result in missed sessions with no compensation.

Participants must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for inappropriate behaviour.

Events are hosted using third-party platforms. Beyond the Bar is not responsible for outages, technical issues, or platform limitations.

By booking and attending an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
